If you or a loved one is in need of Christian Science nursing care and would like to come to Glenmont,

Here are the steps you can take:

• Call us at 614-876-0084 and ask to speak with our Director of Christian Science Nursing

  • If the Director is not available, our Front Office staff or the Christian Science Nursing Shift Coordinator on duty will take your contact information.

  • Our Direct of Christian Science Nursing will return your call (promptly, with the hour).

• Our Director of Christian Science Nursing will ask about the care needs and provide guidance on next steps.

• If both parties (Glenmont and the individual needing care or Power of Attorney) are ready to move forward with an admission, you will be sent an Admissions Packet.

• Complete the Admissions Packet and email it to glenmont@glenmontcsn.com or mail it to Glenmont, 4599 Avery Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026.

• Our Director of Christian Science Nursing will reconnect with you to coordinate the admission once the packet is received and reviewed.

Christian Science nursing care at Glenmont includes three meals daily, housekeeping and laundry, participation in our activities program, on-site church services, and telephone service (including long distance calls within the 48 continental states). 

All patients are initially admitted for a three week stay. Applications for extensions of stay are reviewed every 90 days.

Family members are welcome to support their loved ones and can stay overnight at Glenmont if space is available. Other visitors are welcome during the day. Please arrange this in advance by contacting us.
